Considering that it may increase the weight and damage the running performance of the pump, it is recommended that the diesel engine fire pump set should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipe network. The inlet and outlet pipe network should not be added to the fire pump, and the pump inlet pipe should be kept as short and straight as possible. When the inlet is self-irrigating, in order to ensure that there is no air trapped in the pipeline, the pipeline should be installed diagonally in the direction of the pump. At the same time, the inlet pipe should be provided with a filter, and the outlet pipe should be provided with a check valve and a gate valve.
